This Privacy Policy explains how One Source Datacom, LLC ("One Source Datacom", "we", "us") handles information in OSD Magic Mouse (the "App"). It applies to the App on every platform we publish it on, including Google Play, the Apple App Store and the Microsoft Store where available.
Information we collect
- No personal data is sent to One Source Datacom. The App has no accounts, analytics or advertising.
- Settings are stored on your PC (
%APPDATA%OSD Magic Mousesettings.json). - Application logs are stored on your PC in the folder you choose (default
%LOCALAPPDATA%OSD Magic MouseLogs); pairing PINs are masked and keystrokes are not logged. - Support files are created only when you click "Save support file…", and are shared only if you send them to us.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the App's features.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host or operate the App's infrastructure on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and systems.
Security
All data sent between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit with TLS. Servers are hardened, patched automatically, monitored, and protected against brute-force login attempts.
Retention
Settings and logs stay on your PC; the App keeps its 30 newest log files. Support files you send us are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your information at any time — see Account & Data Deletion. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
